Recently, former Heisman Trophy winner and overall super athlete Herschel Walker spoke about his battle with dissociate identity disorder (DID), more commonly known as multiple personality disorder. This helps to explain Walker’s deep backgrounds and accomplishments in areas outside of football, including bobsledding (an Olympian in 1992), tae kwon doe (sixth degree blackbelt) and study of both ballet and law enforcement. Furthermore, Walker alternate personalities cause for lapses in his memory, such as not remembering his Heisman Trophy winning season of 1982 while at Georgia. Based on his alternate personalities proclivity towards overachievement and his inability to remember his actions, TheBocker.com has hypothesized other possible accomplishment and exploits of the many Herschel Walkers.

1) Guitarist for the Living Colour , 1987-88
Herschel toured with the most notable all-black band in hard rock history, Living Colour. In addition to playing all of the bands guitar solos, Herschel came up with the bands breakthrough hit, Cult of Personality . Herschel wanted the song to be about evolution of the “me-first” athlete, but the band felt as though the song should have a more political meaning. These creative differences forced Herschel out of the band.
2) Reserve Outfielder for the 1985 NL Champion St. Louis Cardinals
Adopting the alias Tito Landrum, Herschel Walker played in World Series with the Cardinals in 1985, as he hit .429 in the NLCS to help knock of the Dodgers in six games and win the pennant. He also homered once in the World Series loss to the Kansas City Royals. Herschel had to use the name “Tito Landrum” as to not upset his “football-only” contract with the Donald Trump and the USFL (Walker could not play any other sports professionally under this contract).
When it was discovered by Trump that Walker was Landrum, Trump secretly sold his star running back to the Dallas Cowboys and agreed to not disclose Walker’s identity of Landrum, in effect protecting the integrity of his agreed sale of Walker to the Cowboys and Walker’s very own career. After the 1985 season, the Cardinals had to have one of their AAA outfielders accept a promotion to the big league team under the auspice that he actually become Tito Landrum. The 1986 Herschel-Free version of Tito Landrum hit only .210 in 1986 and played only two more seasons.
3) Reoccurring role on the BBC sitcom, One Foot in the Grave, 1992

While in Albertville, training for the 1992 Winter Olympics in the two-man bobsled, another Walker identity was cast as the character, Herschel Black, of the Meldrew’s on this BBC classic sitcom. Walker played a domesticated stay-at home father that baked, cleaned and kept house next door. The physical comedy arising from Walker’s physical appearance in an apron or a duster as he performed mundane home chores were at first riotously funny, but Walker felt that the Herschel Black character and decided to leave the show after 5 episodes.
Many more are currently under research.
